Host Albert is deeply passionate about the “Trauti”, as regular guests lovingly call the restaurant. Albert selects only the best when shopping single-handedly and with the utmost care, and he is enthusiastic when counting the dishes. After the finest antipasti, starters and main dishes, he comes to the desserts and finally ends with a resolute “ready”!

The passionate team around chef Fede Agazzini and his kitchen colleagues Daniel, Gabriele, and Fabio is responsible for the culinary highlights at Trauti.

From out of town: take the MEBO exit “Meran Süd”, then follow the road towards the city centre, and at the second roundabout turn off towards Schenna. After approx. 2 kilometres, right after the Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle, turn in to the right.

From the Meran city centre: drive towards the east via Cavour and via Scena; at the roundabout turn off towards the right, and turn in to the left shortly before the Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle.

Walk approx. 45 minutes via sentiero di Sissi from the Meran city centre towards the Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle. Our restaurant is located directly opposite the parking area of the Gardens.
